Pros
The support is phenomenal. The owners will bend over backwards to keep their employees happy. Some of the most genuine guys who truly care about their employees. They always follow through and ask for feedback on things they can do to make it a better experience for their reps.
Cons
Newer company so we’re still getting all the systems and process dialed in but if you can’t be part of the process, don’t be part of the outcome.
