There are no pros here. Not even the food

This is truly the most unprofessional, toxic work environment I have ever been in. There is a reason that the turnover rate is so high. They will literally tell you that you have potential to grow in the company, while actively insulting you behind your back. What’s worse is that they expect you to trust and respect them right after they trash you and/or other workers. You always have to have to be 100% happy and content here, unless you want your bosses talking about you as a person. Upper management treats everyone below them horribly because they truly believe that they are superior to their own employees. They are completely disrespectful of work/life balances, and will call you “uncommitted” if you can’t do overtime every week. Expect them to extend your hours without consulting you first. Promotions/raises/firings are solely based on if upper management personally likes you. Some people get several warnings, some people get none. The company's standards reflect outdated ideologies, especially the sexist uniforms. They make you pay for your own scrubs to wear to work, although the men in the same position get to wear a collared shirt and dress pants. And you better not dare to have "too long of nails" or tattoos or piercings. Expect the absolute worst here, though you will still end up disappointed, disgruntled, and depressed.
