Hi, we apologise that the communication of leavers has missed you. Due to various circumstances (security, personal preference, transition planning), announcement of leavers is shared during our monthly all hands, rather than on an ad hoc basis.
Separately, we have always committed to instilling a high performing culture through feedback loops and performance reviews. Any individuals who are not quite meeting the expectations would be guided by their managers; and if there is no sign of improvement, we would formalize a performance improvement plan for them should they remain committed and aligned to our company values.
