Pros

Great work environment; the Founder and Chairman loves to teach the art of the deal; the trickle down effect because of his smooth style was very beneficial to me as a young person. I learned a lot. I was able to sit in on negotiations and listen to the team bring together big deals for the company and its clients. We had a great time going out to visit clients. When deals closed the atmosphere was celebratory.

Cons

The work load can be intense; many big deals going all at the same time. it was always crunch time and fast paced. the founder's larger than life persona can be intimidating at times.
