Pay your employees better - Retail Associate The Beer Store Employee Review

The pay is so incredibly low for the torment of dealing with most customers. They are rude, impatient, many are facing issues they expect us to deal with that we simply cannot- alcoholism, homelessness, health issues, etc. you better have the best deescalation skills available, but why for minimum pay?
