Pros
This is probably the best company I've ever worked for. Location- The office itself is located near the tube station (literally 3 mins walk). There are also a lot of bus stops around the area. Very Close to the Greenwich Market and Thames River. If the weather is good, the team goes to Greenwich market to buy some food and have lunch at the park or Thames river. Culture- The company has a really great culture! They don’t let anyone overwork, and they don’t do finger-pointing. No cliques, no office politics, and no back-stabbing to get ahead. We're all in one team so we work together harmoniously. Flexible working- We can start any time between 7 and 11 and finish between 3 and 7. And we work from home Mondays and Fridays. If you need extra WFH days, we just need the management and they will approve it right there and then. The management understands that we have different circumstances. I thought I will never experience work-life balance ever since I started working in the UK but I was wrong. My mental health is in a better state now. Social Nights-Every month, we have different social activities organised by our Fun Fairies. They make sure that the team is happy and that our well-being is in a good state. Some of the activities that are lined up are Summer BBQ,Secret Wellbeing Santa, Comedy Night Out, Charity Day, Potluck Party and many more. Processes and Procedures- Coming from companies that don't have any processes and procedures in place, I am so impressed by how organised the company is. They have processes for everything. From the office, HR to Accounts Management- it's like a dream come true for me.
Cons
I can't think of anything.
