The quality of the assignments and the tasks performed were challenging and fulfilling at the same time. And of course the pay is above average.

The company is a remote hire. That being the case where they could improve is with their understanding of the geography of the assignments. If one is up in Ohio, it might no be immediately understood that Surry, VA is about a thirty to forty minute commute from Hampton, VA

I was fortunate enough to be kept as an employee when The Go2IT Group acquired my previous employer's business. Not only did they keep me as an employee, but they honored my previous schedule and pay rate arrangements with no hesitation. The environment in the office is professional yet comfortable. Communication is open and effective and supervisors are all extremely approachable and flexible. I continue to be blown away by the generosity and understanding nature of Management here - they truly go out of their way to make employees feel like family and feel confident and comfortable in their workplace. As far as benefits go, the PTO/Sick time is the most generous system I've seen - they use an accrual system that begins quickly upon being hired and allows you to take time as you wish. As a parent, they are always patient and understanding when I need time off with a sick child, and that is not something you always get with an employer (in my past experience).

The only downside I can really identify to working with The Go2IT Group is that the health insurance is quite expensive for a family. Individuals, or individual + Spouse seems to be very affordable, though.
