Lots of free booze, if that’s your thing Very casual dress Light hearted, party atmosphere- if you enjoyed college, you’ll enjoy it here. Plus, it’s right in the town center, which makes for lots of nice options for lunch and happy hour!!
Cons
No real direction. Seems like some of the upper management is more concerned with being liked than with productivity and ethical practices. They’re losing their best talent right now because there is nothing to keep them- all the wine in the world can’t pay your bills. There’s a real lack of diversity in the company, everyone seems to come from the same group. Seems a lot like a popularity contest; get in good with the Cs and you’re good, regardless of your production level. They’re always looking for the next best thing, the path of least resistance and now they’re in a million directions and suffering.
