Teamwork is the cornerstone of the Proactive Technology Group. If you love working in a team, then you will fit in great into the company culture. At PTG, all employees look to help one another to achieve a common goal. Anyone who values gatekeeping of knowledge or has a pass the buck attitude will not fit in at PTG. We all depend on, and trust one another. I’ve worked at the Proactive Technology Group for over a decade, and I’ve never stopped learning. The technological world never stops evolving, and ownership at Proactive constantly looks to move into new and better tech to be on the cutting edge of the industry. You will be rewarded for dedication and your enthusiasm to grow yourself. The service industry will always be stressful, but having a strong and understanding team behind you will give you the fortitude to succeed.

Cons

Required to be on-call after hours once every couple of months. Starting vacation can be limiting but will accrue nicely the longer you stay with the company.
