      - Opaque management team, though they preach the opposite - Hypocrite CEO - Favouritism in the HQ; you stay if you are good buddies with the CxO's, not based on your performance - Struggling business model, highly dependent on lots of underpaid manual workers in the DC's

      This company taught me what a toxic workplace looks like.

      Cons

      I ignored the negative reviews before joining. Don't make the same mistake I did. The culture was built around micromanagement, gaslighting, and triaged blaming. These took a toll on my health. If you're looking for a healthy work environment, run.
