None. It was a supportive and friendly environment with flexible work hours. We were given as much paid time off as needed, and we were encouraged to take breaks and vacations. When I had a personal issue come up, I felt very supported.

I've worked with Three Boudoir for 4-years. My favorite part of this job is the vibe/culture/leadership team and the flexibility in scheduling. We have a diverse, incredible team of women + ongoing training. As this company is rapidly growing, there are opportunities for those who want to elevate in their role and take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills outside of the photography space, but it's also perfect for the part time freelancer who does not want the expense and time investment to locate their own photography clients. Full time roles include benefits and unlimited PTO. Highly recommend!

Normal growing pains for a scaling small business (logistics), being a very unique company means a lot of out-of-the-box solutions (ecomm, scheduling, etc) will not work. But that also is a pro!
