Pros
- friendly environment and collaborative colleagues - flat structure so you will be able to work on various project and directly report to senior managers - good first experience because thanks to the structure you will be able to see different part of the business
Cons
- lack or emergency / everything is slow - not much challenges - salary below the market - no opportunity to get promoted unless you know the right people - management decisions are not clear - French environnement - Not much possibility to move internally (even though the company has offices all around the world)
