      Great team and people including fellow middle managers. Good benefits and hybrid working. Can progress if you want to.

      Cons

      Some senior managers do not treat staff with respect like grown adults, feels like school. The pay and bonus is poor. Getting equipment takes ages and IT goes to wrong a lot.
