Pros
You can easily get hired if you do not mind working in a nearly slavery basis so it is a good starting point to get some experience after uni... there is not much to gain there anyway. Besides, there is a lot of young talent although they are not valued.
Cons
- The management is terrible. - The salary breaches are so notorious and arbitrary. - No work vs. life balance at all (do not get surprised if you are asked to work overtime every single day). - Talented people do not stay long at the company as any other firm will surely offer better conditions. Therefore you would be changing your coworkers every two months tops.
