We respectfully disagree with your assessment regarding the lack of a growth strategy. We are proud of the strategy we developed that delivered double-digit year-on-year growth in 2023, and the continued growth we are experiencing for 2024. Unfortunately we did miss our Q4 revenue targets last year that did require layoffs -- a situation that many similar companies faced last year that was very challenging for the talented and committed people who were affected. But it was a necessary decision to ensure a sustainable future for our company and allow us to continue to deliver on our mission. We understand the importance of listening to our employees and we are committed to fostering open communication.
