Pros
Flexible work hours Positive and constructive work environment. Good work-life balance No overtime (on my project at least). I experienced leadership as understanding and really trying to accomodate my wishes. Great lunch They have a lot of different projects, so there is opportunity to try different things. They have a number of different social initiatives and company outtings.
Cons
They don't seem to have the highest salaries in the industry I had a hard time getting my workhours reduced even though I wanted to take the salary hit.
