Pros

Truly an exciting company with an exciting mission. Many organizations claim to be mission-driven; TruDataRx absolutely lives it (and it’s not just feel-good fluff; the growth in clients and lives under management has been incredible, meaning we’re actually driving significant change).

Cons

Continuously growing company means we need to wear a lot of hats and sometimes roles get blurred - good for scrappy polymaths and autodidacts. Probably not so good for those who are comforted by well-established bureaucracy.

Pros

Great people all working together to do something really exciting and impactful within the pharmaceutical/ PBM space. Exciting time of growth which bring lots of opportunity for anyone in this space who is energetic, scrappy and excited to be part of a company driving industry change with evidence based in clinical data.

Cons

Not really a negative- just the reality of a small company heading into a growth phase, we are scaling and with that comes some continued process and system optimization to keep up with/ organized more than a stagnant company.
