Pros

1. Competitive comp and benefits. 2. Flexible hybrid work-from-home and fully remote options - It is great to meet with local members of my team once a week to collaborate and socialize. 3. Best company and team culture I have ever experienced. - my teams are more like family and friends than coworkers. 4. Best talent in the industry - Both of my teams are very capable, flexible, and put the customer's needs first. 5. We are the only profitable company in the space and we are the market leader. - This is important to allow for merit increases, promotions, and growing the team with new staff.

Cons

1. A venture capital firm owns us, and we will be sold. It is not likely that my staff are at risk, but executives and middle management like myself will see changes once sold.
