Uline provides many tools to make the job easier. Good pay.
Cons
Very proud of micromanagement reputation. Even when rep scorecard is much better than goals, there is always something rep is not doing correctly. Rep won’t even know until being written up or put on an action plan. Lots of hidden traps to give Leadership a reason to say poor performance. Near zero schedule flexibility.
