Our peak season roles move quickly and require strong communication and clear expectations from both managers and team members. While the work is fast-paced and physically demanding, it’s important that team members feel they’re being listened to and treated professionally. That’s the standard we aim for, and we continue to reinforce it with our leadership teams each peak season.
We do hire a large number of seasonal associates in a short period of time, and not every role ends up being the right fit for every person. That doesn’t mean any team member is viewed as expendable, and it’s not how we want anyone to feel during their time here.
