Bad management. Hateful co workers.
I’ve worked airline industry for 35 years. I have never worked in such a hateful, vicious environment. About 8 of us quit around the same time because of many mean co-workers and supervisors. Anyone not Hispanic was and still is treated bad and picked on. I hope that American Airlines cancels their agreement with Unifi, and hires a better company to run the Palm Springs operation. They need a company that follows the rules of the United States when it comes to treating their employees fairly. Any fair treatment rules not followed are covered up by Unifi management.
