Pros
The co-workers were great. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Siemens was very diversified so I had the privilege of working with people of many different nationalities and beliefs. It was a pleasure to work with so many sharp individuals.
Cons
As Unify the upper management/invest group is only interested in the bottom line. Most positions are being eliminated in the U.S. and Germany and moved to Greece, Bulgaria, etc. I'm pretty sure that if some very talented people in the U.S. and Germany are eliminated that the product quality will dip and put what was once a proud and great company into a tailspin that they can't recover from.
