Pros
Salary is competitive, I believe very competitive in some organizations like Service and Sales. There is a glimmer of hope with the new c-level management for a turnaround in profitability, driven by a more-serious charge into product launches with leading technologies and major shift in Sales strategy to Partner & Channel-driven.
Cons
Repeated loss of benefits: employee insurance costs annually increase, reduction in vacation days annually, meager recognition programs, reduction in company's financial support of mobile device usage and expectation of long, long, long hours.
