This company is great and has wonderful people who work for it. There are a lot of changes occurring but I have only seen positive changes. I love what I do and the people I work with

Small company, less than 60 employees

Employee relationship is great, not formal in attire, staff is easy going with each other.

Cheap, cheap, and cheap. It doesn't matter how talented, educated or experienced you are. They have a fixation on being cheap. Their health benefit is expensive considering their pay is very low. No pay increase for 5 yrs though even if they did, it's 25 cents an hour more. I think that says it all in mentality. They pay like you're still a part time student from high school.
