Pros
There's a ton of support and the hours are flexible. I work in home and I can troubleshoot with my supervisor in real time as new situations arise during sessions. She also makes sure to overlap on a biweekly basis so programs are constantly being updated and help is readily available.
Cons
There isn't on site support every session but I would say that's the only major con, and again as I work in home it isn't expected to have on site support ever session.
