      Pros

      the people you work with are like a family, we are all very close and are happy to help each other, the pay you get is very decent for what you do.

      Cons

      It is very hard to progress when you are working in the business generation team unless you are a top advisor/consultant you will not be recognized. you do not get paid sickness meaning you come into work feeling grotty, causing other people to get ill, parking is very bad so if your car was to get damaged outside of the car park, the pressure to do well is ridiculous because if you are not doing well because you are not speaking to people or converting depending on the data you would be disciplined and possibly be put on a longer probation.

The team have also undergone a recent salary review and a clear tiered salary structure has been put in place to reward those who want to do well.       - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Cons

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
