Product decisions are driven by cost cutting to an almost self-defeating degree. Marketing exists, but not in a way that suggests conviction, creativity, or relevance. The company’s biggest weakness is not capability but unwillingness: an outright refusal to innovate. Good people will likely feel underused, unheard, or pushed out.
