Working at VIA Outlets has been a very positive experience so far. The company offers a dynamic, international environment where you get exposure to different markets and stakeholders. Teams are collaborative, and you’re given real responsibility early on, which makes it a good place to grow and develop new skills. Like any fast-paced business, priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability is key.
Cons
On the flip side, priorities can change quickly, which sometimes leads to unclear processes and last-minute pressure. Career progression paths are not always clearly defined, and resources can feel limited at times. That said, it’s a good place to build skills and gain experience in a fast-moving retail environment.
