1) Easy to communicate with team member , 2) Each desk has own Phone 3) We can directly communicate with HR and accounts team member , no need to of taking appointments 4) Free tea , 5) Friendly Environment 6) Lots of Learning Curve , mobile application front end development , backend enhancement , client interaction 7) Never feel like i was alone or people are ignoring , on weekly basis HR used to communicate with us regarding Project , and environment 8) Got Chance to attained client meeting and demo in early morning 9) Office Party and performance bonus , award .
Cons
1) Company was not in tech park , so it was never feel like i we are having some competitor . 2) As a beginner of my career i have given too much time and hard to this company , got appreciation as well but somewhere feels like i have to give more so that i can achive more 3) Car parking might be an issue 4) If you came late then there might be chances no tea will remain for you 5)
