Salary bracket does not align with responsibilities - Warehouse Administrator Valor Distributions Employee Review

I don't know how they do the salary evaluation because they don't even know the workload we do daily or what exactly we do. It creates a toxic environment and not good for our mental health to work hard and getting paid less. How can a company not give value or appreciate the department that ensures the orders are shipped before the day ends.
