The work culture here is truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to collaborate with German teams who strongly emphasized maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all team members. During my time with the organization, I worked on multiple automotive platforms as well as internal POC initiatives, which helped me expand my skills and gain diverse experience.
One of the most memorable highlights was getting the chance to travel to Germany for PI planning. The team was incredibly supportive and even allowed me the flexibility to take a week off to explore Europe while I was on-site. Overall, I’m grateful for the trust, learning opportunities, and global exposure I received. It was a great journey!
