      Good People I had the pleasure of working with

      No Progression, HR failures at every point when dealing with issues, inexperienced managers with no expereience of the technical role, given positions over highly experienced people qualified in the job, lied to at every point by senior management, trying to get equipment or training for staff never happened even though asked many times in 4 years.

      Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
