      Pros

      Good conditions overall in terms of salary , office, etc..

      Cons

      People don´t have experience nor the humbleness to work in this type of industry. All in all, there is a lot of non sense in terms of the way the company wants to push the future strategy and product development for example across different countries (roadmap innovations are clearly not a game changer therefore you don't feel that it is a technology company driven anymore)

      Pros

      Lots of potential for the company to grow, and with that, potential to grow within the company. Good products, good leadership.

      Cons

      While the company is very process driven, breaking from the process in order to move quickly and accomplish business goals can be challenging. There are a lot of reorgs but that's not too uncommon.
