      ViaX is a rather dynamic startup and has a very flat structure. The managers are all ready to listen to your opinions and are willing to give you a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Most founders of this company were born in late 90s and lack the experience.

      Pros

      ViaX academic coordinators do really take care of you, as they actually "take care" of all small details and logistics issues, allowing you to focus on your students and their papers. They are professional, courteous and hardworking.

      Cons

      As a good "advisor" you are responsible for students' papers probably as much as they are ;). So if your students get stuck or can't get the results they hope to get, you have to figure out how to proceed, which can be quite a lot of work. At the end, it would be really more of your paper, then theirs!
