      Management lack experience and skills to competently run this company. Many high positions taken through nepotism rather than experience. Staff suffering through mass redundancies due to idiotic expansion plans that lack a cohesive structure.

      Lots of things to work on and interesting if you like data

      Cons

      Too many things will just slide in and need to have good skill in prioritizing thing. Plus get prepared to work 10-15% more hours than on contract(constantly) to keep things in a better tempo
