Top-down, 1950's style management - Anonymous employee Volpi Employee Review

• Volpi is a top down organization. • They are very profit driven and while they make great profits, that they are very public about they pay on the low end of the scale for non-management positions. • The position that is advertised and that you sign up for is not the position that you will reseve. I would advise anyone wanting to join Volpi to get everything in writing from the CEO. Half-truths flow like wine at a wedding from the hiring team. I would strongly suggest that you talk to as many people as possible before you accept a position. • Little experience in the life science and medical device market yet they believe they know it all.
