I cannot think of any cons

The hours are very flexible and there are great people that work for the organization.

The turn over is very high as everyone is overworked. They put a lot of pressure on employees and do not provide adequate resources and training. Employees are expected to wear many different hats at all times, as many teams are understaffed and overstretched.
