      Pros

      As I said in the title, the team is great. Some of the most fun people I've gotten to work with in a little while.

      Cons

      Saying that the management is poor is almost a bit of an understatement. The CEO has taken on the role of game designer, and details about the project change randomly on an almost daily basis. As such, it leads to a frustrating and unfulfilling working experience. In my time there, I know of approximately 7 people who were fired, in the span of one month. Other workers seemed miserable and desensitized in general. I highly recommend taking a pass on this if you're presented with another offer.

      Pros

      My coworkers in my team were all super friendly and chill, very willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      Besides the people in my team, I don't really get to talk to anyone else. During meetings, it feels like you don't really have a voice because it gets overshadowed. There wasn't really an HR department, only a fiance, so it's a bit of a mess. When voicing problems to " HR" we'll have to keep bugging them repeatedly until we get any reply. No matter what work we did, during company meetings, they would never get recognized, we kind of get pushed to the back seat. Even the head of my team doesn't get much of an opportunity to talk.
