Pros
-Meme marketing is the future so you can understand the behind the scenes and costs (it's not rocket science trust me) -You can take off whenever, HR and team leads are too over packed to understand if you do and there's no proper accountabiliy. Just take off and say too bad. -You'll probably be smarter than a lot of people working here. Very low ambition kind of place.
Cons
-No learning beyound 3 months (leave asap) -Overworked -Its a 24/7 job. YOU WILL WORK EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY -you get comp offs for working in the weekends but youll never get time to apply for it -Most upper management has no piror work ex and they havent studied/ ever worked in the field they manage. Its all very here and there. They keep experitimenting with new techniques and we are the lab rats -Compensation is very low. Trust me companies pay way more -Most of upper management is from some belagum. They are all there like some family business. Youll listen to some of them talk and wonder how they got to that position in the first place. Then you'll understand its basically a family business. -Overworked. -CEO is rude and he doesnt even know it -Everyone speaks with such enthusiasim about pitches and how itll work but no market stats to prove it. Only OTT works for memes trust me.
