Pros
Professional Development. The company offers a lot of training opportunities. Both Internal and External Executive Management works just as hard as everyone else. They do not have that "air" about them that some Execs have. Often, newer employees do not know they are the CEO and Exec VP. Flexible schedule I love the fact that everyone is treated like adults. Unless required by their specific Project/customer, there are no 'set' hours The culture here feels more like 'family'.
Cons
Because it is a popular place to work, it tends to get a bit over crowded. Expect to be seated with 1-2 other employees that may not relate to your position. There are very few window offices; making the offices feel 'stuffy' inside. not enough natural light.
