Pros
The bonus regardless of how hard you work Pay increases when you train in other places
Cons
Paid breaks taken away Break times made shorter Pay is worse than Tesco Pay and a half taken away Minimum 16 hour contracts are difficult and not flexible Rarely let you have time off for exams Favouritism from management (Only go higher if you're friendly with others, holiday is given on a friend basis etc...) You have to work all over the branch, you cannot just be checkouts now you have to also stack the shelves (not ideal if you have underlying health issues.) Usually not enough staff, even though we should be known for our customer service. Unorganised
