The managers were great while working here.

Pay, There was not much done to increase pay.

Good product, nice design, getting market share and recognition.

Toxic leadership, very unstable company with irresponsible and reckless hiring practices. You get one story during the interview, and end up doing something different. Very unclear expectations with severe consequences if you don’t meet your unclear goals. Almost every person that left the company blamed the two directors of the East and West. I don’t recommend this company if you value yourself. Wallbox has built a solid reputation in the industry of being a low paying company with high turnover. I have heard this from a couple of recruiters.
