Little to no help in projects, low pay, might get bumped to another technology

Collegues except management, company trips, medicover nad Multsport benefits, intetesting projects in the past

Poor quality of code, no unit tests, no automated testing, not logical decisions made by staff, students out of control, sometimes responsible for important part of code (quality), a lot of extra hours, sometimes paid but not as law says, very often lack of respect for the employee
