Pros
I have had the opportunity to work with an excellent manager which in turn has allowed me to learn what good management looks like and implement these qualities in future roles. Additionally, I work with an excellent team of really kind people.
Cons
The minimum wage does not match the company's expectations of what we customer hosts are expected to execute throughout our shifts. Additionally, the company could benefit from ensuring communications about events and sales are clearer as this is not conducive to running an efficient event or store and the store manager and customer hosts are always blamed for any issues arising from this poor communication instead of any changes being implemented at head office.
