Amazing place to work for all.

The pay is less than most

While Windship used to have an extremely fun and exciting work crew, most have left or been let go from the company unjustly. Employee discount is cool but that's about it.

0 training regiment - no support from management or leaders. throw you into the fire immediately and expect high results. Mismanaged - company is owned by a Canadian entity by the name of Humble+Fume. Original executives and founders have all left. Appointed in power now, management is clueless and out of touch with their work staff. All leaders are from outside the industry and have never worked a cannabis job in their life. Accountability - company and management fails to realize their own shortcomings, rather blames the staff for all issues. Ethics - company continuously changes sales strategy. One month they are focused and raising prices of loyal customers, and the next month they are selling things at cost and effecting the commissions of sales reps. Many times commission reports have been incorrect, and reported to management with nothing done to resolve. Company also changed pay structure 3x during my tenure. Massively decreasing pay for many of my coworkers. They also hired 5 new sales reps during a time when the company was performing poorly. This saturated the sales departments numbers, and was a poor allocation of company funds. Closed 2 warehouses - and gave employees less than 2 months find new places of employment. Company also refused to provide employee file, final paystub, 401k rollover information, and other important documents in a timely manner. Advancement - don't even think about it. management will ignore your requests and emails for advancement and new opportunities within the company.
