peope are jumping shipp and dropping lie flies
sinking ship competetion is kicking ass
embarassing technically poor user experience
senior leadership lacks the experience to lead and motivate
coaching and development does not exist. manager/director of insides sales only meet with you to tell what you are not doing
president has brought in all of her friends from Bell and has crushed the workopolis culture
senior leadership team has no people skills. do a great job of pushing out spreadsheets and graphs but then they treat their staff like crap
well known with the company that senior leadership has favourites who always win awards
unsecure working enviroment not hopeful that this company will still be around in the next 3years
no advocate for employees. hr team doesnt care about the health and well being of employees.
