9yFirst of all thank you for your candid review. We appreciate your honesty and feedback. Some of your feedback was surprising and a bit disappointing. So we did some “fact-checking” just so review readers would get the right information. We provide multiple tools and resources that support our sales people. While we acknowledge our CRM system is a bit outdated, we are in the process of a full conversion to a new system that will assist our reps in multiple ways to be more successful. As for other tools, we offer our employees multiple opportunities to learn and develop their business and sales skills. These programs include the MOS Leadership Development Program, 5 Week Sales Training Program, Personal Development Programs and ongoing mentoring and team trainings. We truly believe that we are all in this together.
As we celebrate 60 years of being in business in Michigan, we are proud of our customers who we have partnered with over the years. Not only are we proud but we continually welcome new customers and employees on a regular basis which fuels the growth of MOS. Through these partnerships we are able to work with nonprofit organizations to be a strong corporate citizen and give back to the communities in which we serve. We love to share the opportunities of our employees giving back to our communities by providing every employee paid time off for volunteer activities. We also take part in Wellness programs and activities to lead a healthier lifestyle. This all a part of the MOS culture.
