Pros
- I absolutely love the environment of this company. Everyone is energetic and welcoming, but ready to focus when need be. - Every employee truly believes in the products. There is just as much excitement for new product/color launches in office as there is outside of YETI which just shows how much we all love the brand.
Cons
- We are behind when it comes to tech. Although we are making strides to get to a better place in regards to data management/analytics, we are not close to where we need to be which can be frustrating at times. - Compared to other data analyst roles, I am underpaid. This is pretty common for most retail companies however.
