Pros
15+ years with Yamaha, they have great products, great benefits with a good 401k plan. Many opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Management constantly under pressure from Japan, very political environment, no loyalty to employees, you can go from hero to zero in no time with a what have you done for me lately attitude. They have little consideration for personal family and life outside Yamaha and expect complete loyalty to the company.
