Pros

Pay is decent to good if you can stand work a minimum of 50+ hours a week with no time guarantees for personal life

Cons

Worked here almost 7 years. Company is going down hill losing sight of customer service and employee appreciation. You are forced into working more and more "special events" as time goes on due to being salary positions. Started out as 1 colts game, now it's that plus a pacers game and 2 beer festivals. You also have to explain why if you do not attend company picnic or xmas party even though it's personal time. No holiday pay and have to work holidays except xMas day. If you work overtime you get paid less than what a starting merchandiser makes in a day. Employees get no pay raises to keep up with cost of living. They want to charge employees for damage to work vehicles and GPS track you 24/7 as to where and how fast you go. Also must have phone on 24/7 to receive calls.

Pros

Some great drivers to work with.

Cons

Every thing else very old and out dated equipment trucks that are not even made anymore so there always breaking down and they'll blame you and act as if they don't no why you've been delayed very hostile work environment for certain employees that don't suck up or are truthful about conditions or question working conditions in anyway .They will lie to you, hiring for one thing and have you doing the opposite. As a new employee you better catch on fast to cause if any product is mistakenly misplaced or stolen or not loaded on your truck in the first place it doesn't matter they will dock your pay for full amount plus profits. They will make you sign a paper under fear of being fired that says you agreed to borrow X amount of dollars from the company and you agree for them to garnish X amount from your wages until paid off. Hyper super super hyper micro management to do simple things and get clearance to make decisions. I'd have to call the CEO no joke horribly company all around on so many levels oh and you have to pay $200 just to work there they garnish $50 a week for uniforms which I'm sure is illegal.
